Overall I believe that this is the best Halloween attraction I have found in Syracuse in the last 25 years. I have been to them all and I am a loyal patron of The Last Ride for four years now. They are never afraid to try something new and welcome customer feed back. The Last Ride is a must have for any true Halloween enthusiast. It is full of all kinds of treats or tricks for people of all ages. I do not want to spoil anyone else's experience so I will keep prop and theme details to myself. The dramatic scenes in the woods and the use of props can bring out the child in anyone looking for that scare. The actors really bring each scene to life with great passion. If you do not scare easily then you will love the details and the reaction of others. For those that believe in monsters and things that go bump in the night, if you do not want to be frightened this is not the place for you, perhaps a pumpkin patch is more to your liking. I do not recommend the hearse ride for those under the age of 16 or those weak of heart. It can quit literally scare the crap out of you .The wagon trail has been all redone this year with a mind intent on detail. The haunted house was also made over. It is now longer and full of a few extra surprises. You can really see that they have made an investment in their business this year and it shows with all of the upgrades and new props I believe that The Last Ride will continue to be the go to spot for anyone looking to truly get their money worth out of their experience. Too many other places just repeat the same old stuff as last year. If you have seen it once it is boring but not The Last Ride they keep things fresh trying to improve your experience and keep you coming back each year.

Had a great time on Saturday they put on a great attraction. The Hearse Ride was the best.

Parts of the traail were good, didnt care for the monsters touching you, made my girlfriend uncomfortable

Hated this! Waste of money and they touch you and put a chain saw right on my body! The only scare I had was the possibilities of catching a disease!

I went this year, and didn't notice anything new in the haunted house from a couple of years ago

The Jeepers Creepers guy on the trail was really good using the zip line.

The only thing I noticed new was the army guy with the gun asking us if we felt ok then grabbed me patted me down & gave me a fake shot

They grabbed me & dragged me around on the hayride, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I traveled 30+ minutes to go here and it was well worth the drive and the money!! I am 26 years old, and I don't scare too easy but these guys definitely got me. The hayride was fun and full of cool and unique effects. The house was huge and definitely heart stopping, and the Hearst completely will catch you off guard. If you don't like to be scared or enjoy some good fun don't attend this site, go to the nys fair activities. The operators are courtesy, want feedback, and fully disclose everythin. So enjoy it!! Kudos on a job well done.

We, unfortunately were disappointed in this. :(
While I agree that the 'monsters' were interactive and it was kind of neat to go through the woods and trails on the cart, the ENTIRE element of surprise was completely missing because at each 'station' we drove up to, we just 'stopped', and waited until a 'monster' showed up.
:( When stopped like that, EVERYONE, including the young kid next to me, KNEW that this was when they are "supposed to come out and scare us". I hope the owners read this.. as it would be really helpful if the cart didn't purposely 'stop', as a 'forewarning'. An example being... perhaps in the areas where there was noise or spooky music playing somewhat loudly, in the pitch black, having the monster/Jason carefully and quietly make it's way to the cart and maybe putting the chain saw UNDERNEATH the cart and THEN starting it up! That would FREAK people out cause no one would KNOW when or what was happening.
For what you had, you really could do so much better with this... as you have the Land to accomplish soooo much. :)

I've been to this attraction several times and it never disappoints! A group of us went last night for my friends b-day and they definitely stepped it up! We had such a blast getting dragged out of the hearse one by one! We will definitely be coming back! My only request would be that they stay open for more weekends!!

Absolute BEST halloween attraction in CNY! Went for my friends birthday and they definitely made our night unforgettable! I wish there was an option to buy season passes or VIP tickets. The actors are phenomenal and I would love to meet them. One of them smelled amazing so I did not mind him dragging me out of the hearse!

OMG BEST PLACE EVER!!! They make it very clear that this is a hands on event from their website to the staff listing the rules before you start. I'm glad it's hands on!! It makes it so much scarier and unpredictable! The actors were never once inappropriate. I've been so many times and I'll keep coming back!!! Yes one of the actors smelled soooooo good! I wish this place was open longer so I'd have even more opportunities to come out...I do not mind spending the money at all! The only part that sucked about my last experience was a group of drunks showed up and ruined the hayride because they couldn't stay seated and enjoy it. The staff handled it very well, I'm just sorry they had to deal with that! But either way I will definitely be back!!!

Tried them all and by far The Last Ride is the best. The hearse ride is something you get nowhere else. The actors dont just jump out, go "BOO" and return to their post. They interact with the people. They do the best they can to actually scare you. Those that dont like to be touched and actually scared should go visit a museum or give fright nights at the fair a go.

I know several girls who were groped.. theres a difference between getting touched and getting sexually assaulted.

STAY AWAY from this horrendous haunt.

We took the drive out from Liverpool. It was worth it. We only wish the haunted hayride went longer. The haunted house was even scarier. Definitely not one for those who do not like small and dark places. Some areas in the house were pitch black. It was really well done! It is well worth the price.
